By accessing and using BEAST TV services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

BEAST TV services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast any portion of the service, and not to share your login credentials beyond the number of connections included in your plan. The service must be used in accordance with all applicable laws in your country of residence.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details and login credentials secure. You must not share your subscription with people outside your household beyond the device limit of your plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of credential sharing, reselling, or other activity that breaches these Terms, without a refund where the breach is clear.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

All BEAST TV subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions begin upon successful payment confirmation, and prices shown at checkout include any discounts applied at that time. We may update our pricing for future purchases, but changes never affect a plan you have already paid for during its active term.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for BEAST TV, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, upstream providers, or circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Intellectual Property & Content

All trademarks, branding and website content remain the property of their respective owners. BEAST TV does not host, store, or own any of the media streams delivered through the service, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of any content complies with the laws that apply to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEAST TV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Your sole remedy for a service issue is as set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
